How does a property viewing trip work?
Imagine that you are eyeing your dream property and would like to see it in person. This is usually a key moment in your decision-making process, so it is good to know what you are actually getting into.
It is not possible without an individual approach
We have heard so many negative experiences from clients during viewings that we could write a book about it.
There were 8 interested parties during a viewing of a one bedroom apartment, the broker unlocked the door and then spent 20 minutes answering his phones or did not know basic information about the property.
It is definitely not supposed to look like this! How do we do it? ¨
We do not have mass viewings. We want you to have enough time to go through everything and to be able to ask questions the whole time. After all, you are not buying ingredients for dinner, but a future home or an investment property.

What should you know before the viewing?
As a real estate agent, I become your guide. We want you to feel comfortable and confident that you will be in the best hands with us. Before we arrange an appointment, I ask if you are interested in anything about the property and, if necessary, send you complete information about the property.
These include ownership, Green contract, paid property taxes and outstanding energy debt. The day before the viewing, we will send you a reminder on WhatsApp and on the D-day we will wait for you in the office or at the property. The viewing time always depends on the type and size of the property. But set aside about 30 minutes.
